How to order

1. Use the on-line catalogues to choose the items that you require.

 

If you cannot see what you require, please contact us stating the items you would like. We have links with both the gift and trophy trades and are usually able to source items from a variety of suppliers.

 

2. Fill in our contact form and send it off to us.

 

3. We will check availability and costs of your order and reply by e-mail within 48 hours. Please make sure that your contact details and the date by when you require the order are stated clearly.

 

4. If you confirm the order with us, we require a 50 per cent deposit before proceeding with the order. This can be paid by a valid credit or debit card.

 

5. You will need to send us details of the engraving, photos, design and/or text that you require.

 

6. We will check or confirm anything that is not clear to us, for example, unusual spellings, logos that we may have to rework, or photographs that may not reproduce very well.

 

We do this in order to make absolutely sure that we have got the wording and layout correct.

 

7. Your order will be ready for collection by the agreed date. We can post your order, using Royal Mail or Parcel Force, if required.
